We are a large and respected firm in Clackamas County.
Our required billables are lower than the bigger firms in downtown Portland, and we work well with each individual lawyers' situation.
The Associate will handle an existing caseload with a broad range of Family Law matters including custody, dissolution, adoptions, restraining orders, and other family law matters.
Our firm has multiple paralegals and legal assistants to support the associates.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of family law experience, ideally with experience in the tri county area.
We primarily focus on Clackamas but also handle cases in other counties.

Qualifications 2 years of family law experience, ideally with experience in Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah Counties; An ability to prioritize multiple, concurrent matters and activities; The candidate will have the opportunity to handle their own cases as well as work closely with other attorneys JD degree and licensed member of the Oregon State Bar in good standing Ability to draft pleadings, research, e-file, and either experience or a desire to navigate the courtroom Must have excellent communication skills Must have a background or strong desire to enter family law; divorce, paternity, custody disputes, child support enforcement and adoptions This position requires the attorney to navigate all aspects of a family law case from start to finish.
BENEFITS Annual incomes will be $75,,000 to 95,000 depending on experience Occasional work from home opportunity once training and probation period over, though must have a certain number of in office days.
