We are very busy with 7 lawyers and 3 paralegals.
The ideal candidate will be able to multi task.

We are seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of the legal industry.
We are looking for an individual who is professional, reliable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with Legal Software CLIO is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate office.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Schedule appointments and meetings for attorneys and staff.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.
Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
Provide support to attorneys in preparing legal documents.
Download and distribute discovery from various agencies.
Accept payments through legal pay and in person.
