As a State Farm team member for Johnny Walker - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Each team member will initially begin in a Customer Service Representative position that will serve as a stepping stone for career growth within our agency.
After gaining a solid foundation in insurance and demonstrating exceptional performance in the customer service role, employees will have the opportunity to transition into the Marketing Associate position.
Responsibilities Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
