We are currently seeking a Janitor/Maintenance professional to join our team.
As a Janitor/Maintenance, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities.
This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our employees and visitors.
The schedule for this position will be Tuesdays through Saturdays 9am until 6 pm.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed - Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing - Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as assigned - Follow established safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred - Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices - Familiarity with floor care equipment and procedures - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
